We’re thrilled to partner with the Frederick Steeplechasers Running Club for one of Frederick’s most beloved summer traditions — the Frederick Women’s Distance Festival! Now in its 36th amazing year, this empowering event is all about women supporting women, fitness, and community spirit.

Join us for a day of fun, fitness, and female empowerment with:
🏃‍♀️ A 5K Run/Walk open to all women
🎈 The Little Women 1K Fun Run for the next generation of runners
